It takes courage to reach out for support during times of struggle and hardship. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can build self-awareness, a feeling of wellbeing and confidence, and coping skills to face life’s transition and obstacles. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities from experiential therapies (play, art, and sand tray) with young clients, to cognitive behavioral, solution focused, and narrative therapy for older clients. I believe in tailoring a therapeutic approach that is specific to the individual needs of each client. Whether you are concerned about your child or your yourself, I can help you on your therapeutic journey.

I specialize in working with children, teens, and parents, as well as perinatal support. I have my Masters of Arts (M.A.) degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy from Antioch University of Seattle and I am a registered play therapist. I have been working with children and families in a therapeutic capacity since 2010, including with the National Center for Children and Families, Childhaven, Hopelink, Valley Medical Center, and Seattle Play Therapy.
